whatever you use make sure it’s rated for aqua/marine life or potable water or the turtle may “check-out”.
For the pond I would use something like CIM polymers: CIM 2000,
it’s rated for both potable water & safe for aqua/marine life.

What is it made out of? If it is fiberglass, Bondo putty should work.

Silcone in a tube. My window-washer fluid recepticle came loose from its mooring, and fell against a belt in the engine, which wore a 2 inch square hole in it.
I used silcone goop in a tube, and carefully gooping around the edges, letting it dry, and putting another layer on, managed to cover the entire hole with the stuff. It doesn’t leak, and it’s been two years since I did the fix.
You can get it at a hardware store.

you can pick up some resin and hardner at home depot or any home improvement center. just mix it and put it on the crack dry. it will seal it fast. they come in kits where you can put a piece of fiberglass on it. but resin will work. its not expensive at all.
