What Is A Quick Home Remedy For Bad Acne?
I’m fed up! My acne keeps getting bad, and I think it makes me look so ugly. I’ve tried using proactive for a few weeks, but I didn’t see any diffrence. I’ve tried sleeping with noxema on my face, that worked for 2 nights- then it stoped working!! The list of the products go on and on, none of them do the trick fast enough, or they don’t do anything at all….Does anyone know some good home treatments for getting rid of acne quickly?

First, wash your face several times a day. You are probably already doing that.
Second, take a zinc supplement daily. 50 mg. Take it with a meal or it will might make you queasy.
Third, if you want to control acne long-term, you need to radically change your diet. Eat a vegan diet (take vitamin b-12) and eat lots of fruits, vegetables, soy, whole grains and lentils and beans. Don’t eat meat, dairy, or any kind of junk food (no sodas, sugar, cakes, candy, chips, etc.) That will gradually get rid of your acne for good. Some people say that diet makes no difference, but they haven’t tried this particular diet yet. This diet works, but it’s not easy.
To heal any scars, put some vitamin e (comes in lotion at health food stores) on it.

Try getting on birth control. It could be a hormonal imbalance. Not only does the BC pill make your skin look great, but it also helps prevent oavarian and cervical cancer (and obviously serves as a contrceptive). Talk to your doctor and see if he thinks that its hormonal. Also, I used to get alot of acne too and now I use the BC as well as Clearisil Ultimate…its in a shiny, metalic looking pink white and blue tube says “better skin in three days” and it worked wonders for me…good luck chica….hope i could help.

have u tried using alovera straight from the plant not processed or store bought ……just buy a plant and u should see results within a few days
