Still, home remedies and natural skin care methods have found their place in the homes of many beauty conscious people because these home remedies are natural and free of side effects, and because they are cheaper to produce compared to similar products consumers can purchase from boutiques. Yogurt can be added to a number of other healing ingredients such as potato skin, rose water, papaya, fruit scrub, mint gel, zinc oxide or titanium dioxide.

Question by pannelled: Is there a “home remedy” for my Cocker Spaniel’s skin allergies?
I have tried almost everything that I can think of, including better, skin sensitive food and expensive shampoos. Nothing seems to keep him from having quarter-sized flaky/itchy spots.

Take him to a vet obviously and have tests done to see what the problem is.

Question by ? Leanna ?: How can I help keep my skin healthy?
Okay, I’m * years old and I have stubborn blackheads on my nose. I think it’s bad for your skin when you “pop” black heads (and pimples) out or off or whatever!!!!!! I don’t want to go out and buy expensive junk to try to help, so I’ve seen to researching different remedies. I’ve heard of steaming and home made facials, but any other “treatments” I could try? Thanks a bunches!!!!!!

Here’s my skin regimen that I try to keep up with.
Everyday morning and night, I wash, tone and moisturize with products made for my skintype.
Once a week, I steam my face for 15-20 minutes, apply a clay face mask, wait til that dries then I cleanse, tone and moisturize.
My advice to you is to drink tons of water and eat really healthy, what you put inside your body ; shows outside your body. Excercise and sleep is also important, I find I break out more if I don’t sleep enough and I just look plain disgusting when I don’t sleep and excercise, YUCK.
Try not to wear heavy makeup, and when you do; make sure you wash it off well. I can not tell people this enough DO NOT SLEEP WITH MAKEUP ON! AT ALL! a little chapstick is fine but other makeup is a NO NO! TAKE IT ALL OFF!
