Question by Mabe: “Home remedies” for allergies?
I’ve had really bad allergies lately, which I’m not used to. I don’t like taking a lot of medications, so I’m looking for other ways to relieve my symptoms. I’ve got runny nose, sneezing, itchy eyes, congestion. You know, the normal.
I don’t know exactly what I’m allergic to. I’ve developed these allergies over the last few years and haven’t been able to pinpoint what causes it. Is there a way to figure that out?

Honey is supposed to be good…

Especially if it is made locally…(i.e – the same town..)
