What are some home remedies to relieve asthma symptoms?

Question from a Reader, Answers in Comments

I have recently been diagnosed with asthma. Since I am very susceptible to the side affects of my inhaler, are there any home remedies in case it gets a little hard to breathe? I’m just talking about when my breathing is a little bit below normal capacity.
I’m looking for nonmedicated solutions, and not solutions for actual attacks, but when it feels mildly uncomfortable. I have a daily inhaler and a rescue inhaler in case of a serious attack.

Question from a Reader, Answers in Comments

I have light yellow teeth and I brush my teeth at least 2 times a day. I sometimes drink tea and rarely any coffee. School starts in less than a week or about, and I want my teeth to be a little bit more white. Any home remedies without going to the dentist or having to go to the store to buy something?

If not, then please list any things I can buy for a CHEAP price that is very effective.

Anyway, I started off with only a little bit of coughing and runny nose, now my lymph gland is frigging swollen and I’ve loss my voice when I woke up this morning. Thanks :)

Home Remedy For A Cut On The Vaginal Opening?

Friday, September 11th, 2009

I have a little cut right at the opening of the vaginal canal on the outside. I got it from sex with my bf, who is pretty well endowed. I’m wondering if anyone knows any home remedies to help it heal as fast as possible? There is also a little bit of swelling around it.
And I know that abstinence would let it heal on it’s own, but it still hurts. Any suggestions? Thanks!
