I have a few moles on my face that I would like to remove, but I’m not interested in going to a dermatologist. Is there a home remedy that would remove them for good?

Personally I have used a product called Dermatend, it’s a natural at home mole, wart & skin tag remover. It has helped me to remove a total of 6 moles so far, one of them being on my face. Another one of my moles fell off in 5 days, it has taken no longer than 10 days to remove any of my moles.
There is no noticeable scarring in any area, I just used a healing ointment that I had at home, on all the areas where the moles were. I used another at home mole remover, but that had acid in it’s formula and has left a scar where I used it.
