i just bought one today,bragg,i saw it was organic and it looked good to me, it was cheap too 2.69,and now i see this guy saying bragg is the best so i guess i made the right purchase ,lets see the outcome in a few weeks.

When you drink the ACV you have to Brush your Teeth because it can take the Enamel off your teeth. you can drink it fast just chase it with Water that’s all…You’ll be fine. Also, you have to and it’s a Must get the REAL APPLE CIDER With the MOTHER which is the BRAGG Product. Thats the best you can’t go wrong.
I have a really strong stomach, and a curious mind, so I just took a swig of the stuff straight from the bottle.
I thought I was going to throw up. Wow. Should have listened to you. hahaha. Lesson learned
It’s recommended to drink it every day. I usually drink a glass in the morning and one at night.

my dad forces a teespone of apple cider vinigar down my mouth every day! I”M NOT KIDDING its soooooo groose so thats why i eat salad with it now. lol

you are the dumb ass i do research before trying anything and a lot of people apply organic apple cider vinegar to their acne scars and some drink it OK, so I tried it on my skin but my skin is really sensitive and yes after applying certain times a week my acne scars went away and I didn’t have to drink that!!!! you are a dumb ass

You need to drink it diluted in water a couple times a day, every day. It’s too harsh to use directly on the skin.
i tried this vinegar thing on my face but it only gave me blisters and is painful is that how this stuff is suppose to work? or is it better to drink it?
Any brand as fine, but make sure you get stuff that is cloudy. You may have to shake the bottle at the store to see, since so much of the stuff settles to the bottom. Health food stores usually sell this kind.
Can I just use any brand of ACV? or I have to use a certain brand?

You should have done a before and after shot. Your skin is positively luminous and without the slightest hint of a past problem. Your video would be far more effective with an early shot of you looking like the Singing Detective.
You’ll still get break outs due to diet changes, weather, etc, but the vinegar helps you fight it off easier. You really need the cloudy, unfiltered stuff if you want your skin to get clear and stay that way.
Yeah I tried this and after the first week my skin started to look amazing, however my diet that week was pretty greasy like really. Now on my nd week the progress went the other way, I don’t know if it’s the diet and over some time my skin wiill fix itself or the ACV became innefective which I don’t think it did. I’m now applying it to my acne with a cotton ball see if that quickens the process. How long did it take till you started to see results, by the way I’m not on the natural cloudy stuff
