Best Home Remedy For Congestion And Sore Throat?
I have tried a few things for my sore throat, congestion, headache and for the pain in my ears. I was wondering if any one had some home remedies that work best to fix such ailments.
Halls, TheraFlu and Advil don’t seem to help.

Boil water with fresh ginger like tea .Put some honey in it .

For chest congestion drink lots of tea w/ honey- it’s nature’s decongestant. Robitussin works well too. For sinus congestion use a netty pot available at Walgreen’s. Follow package directions and use several times until the saline solution flows freely out of your nostrils. It really works! Once you get rid of the congestion your other symptoms will be relieved. A hot compress on your face helps loosen things up and feels good too.

Hot tea with honey did the trick for me. But if your earache continues you might need antibiotics.
